It looks like we are getting very near the end of the physical dredging work. S&L thinks they will be wrapped up with the dredger next week. We still need to do some survey work to see if they are down to the depths need considering they have hit the hard pan.
Thank you for allowing them to dredge through the day rather than having them shut down operations every time a boat wants to get out. Having them continuously working has made a difference.
For the racers this Saturday, you may just have to wait coming in so that we can get all the boats in at one time instead of stopping operations for each boat that comes in. And we will want to coordinate your departure time on Saturday for the race course to also minimize shut downs.
They have begun putting docks back together. As soon as E dock is assembled and is no longer considered a construction zone we will want to move the deepest draft boats over there. This may be within the next two weeks.
Also, how are you doing getting your boats ready to go back in? Remember that all the boats in the parking lot (cradles and stands) will have to go back in or make arrangements to move them elsewhere. Crane day is likely to be in the next three or four weeks.
Thanks
Dave
