[GSL-Marina] Turning Water on to Docks.

GSL Slip Renters. I am patiently waiting to turn the water back on to the docks. But the weather is not cooperating. Next week and the week after, there are multiple days of air temperatures below freezing. I will try to have the water back on sometime early April.
