To Slip Renters.
 
Both dry storage and secured dry storage are full.  We have several people willing to pay to leave their trailers here but can't because we have no room.
 
One of the reasons we have no room is because we have 6 unidentified trailers and two cradles.  We also have just a few people who have not paid rent for more than a year but still have their property stored here.
 
We, therefore, will begin removing unidentified trailers from the marina.  We will also begin seizing and removing the few others who have no contract and have not paid rent.
 
WE DO NOT INTEND TO TAKE ANY PROPERTY where we have valid contracts and payments.  Most trailers and boats in unsecured and secured dry storage fit into this category and you have nothing to worry about.
 
Remember, Just because a slip renter has a boat in a slip, it does not entitle the slip renter to free trailer storage.  We need a contract and payments for both.
