In the next several days we will be sending out Boat Slip Leases and Dry Storage contracts for the 2018 season.  I know if feels like you just filled one out but we need them every year.  ALL contracts and autopay forms expire December 31^st.

You MUST be caught up on your rent in order to receive a contract renewal.  ALL trailers that are still at the marina are now being charged rent.

We will try to have as much of your boat information filled out when we send you your renewals.  Fill out all the blank information including to make sure all emails, phone numbers and addresses are up-to-date.

The gate code WILL change this year.  Docks will likely be rekeyed.
