GSL Marina Users and Slip Renters

Yesterday's storm dumped neary an inch of slush before the snow fell. Now with the freezing temperatures, everything out here is an ice sheet. We are working on removing snow from the parking lot and docks. But even after this is done, it is very likely the docks will remain very slippery. Because of the dock construction we cannot salt the docks.

Please use extreme caution when visiting the marina.

There is not a lot of snow here. Only a few inches. Yet some boats may have frozen scuppers. This can lead to sinking problems if we continue to get snow. You may want to come out and check your boats sometime this week.

Wind was very light during this storm and there is no apparent damage to boats.
