3:30 pm – Opening Prayer by Reverend Leroy Carter (You must request that your boat be blessed)
4:00 pm – Boat Parade & Blessing of the Fleet
5:00-ish pm – Cinco de Mayo Social (might start at 5:30 depending on the boat parade and how long the blessings take)
