[GSL-Marina] Earthquake update

IMPORTANT - The front gate has a temporary fix so you can use your code to access the Park after hours. BUT - the temporary fix to have the gate open automatically after hours requires you to pull all the way up to the gate before it will activate and open when leaving. There is a temporary sensor installed just inside the gate. It is mounted on a yellow pole just next to the Jersey Barrier. Thanks Dave
