Dear fellow Great Salt Lakers; Don Lucas' obituary has been posted in the Salt Lake Tribune. One of the things the obituary doesn't mention is what a special friend Don Lucas had in Clark Forman. Especially in this last trying year. For all of us who knew Don well and were lucky enough to call him our friend, we appreciate all of Clark's efforts towards Don. The Turkey Social is just around the corner. It is next Saturday. I thank all of those who have already RSVP'd. For those that are planning on attending but have not yet RSVP'd please do so asap. I must order the food by Wednesday and need as accurate count as possible so that we can make sure there is enough deep fried turkey to go around. We cut it so close every year. We will also have a brief moment of silence for Don during the turkey fest. Dinner will be PROMPTLY served at 4pm. Come hungry and ready to eat. Don't show up late. The turkey goes fast. A new Current Water Watch Report has been posted on www.gslmarina.com It is very dismal. Yet it is still early in the water year. We have plenty of time to turn it around.
