GSL Slip Renters (mainly those who have boats on boat stands)

We are experiencing strong southerly winds at the marina today.  These winds will last through Saturday as a front continues to wiggle across northern Utah.  Those winds could become very strong on Friday.

If you do not have your boat stands chained together yet, NOW is the time to get that done.  It is imperative that boat stands are chained together to prevent them from sliding out in strong wind events.  It is the boat owner’s responsibility to make sure this is done.

Also, there is a Catalina 25 behind the shop that left his sails out on the deck of the boat.  The mainsail is now probably shredded and I’m not sure all the sails are still there.  Some may have blown into the pond behind the boat.
