We try to provide accurate, current weather forecasts for the Great Salt Lake Marina and the Great Salt Lake itself. Due to undisclosed circumstances, GSL Marina Daily Forecasts will not be available from January 7th through January 20th along with Storm Damage Reports and Current Water Watch reports. Please use one of the many other forecast links or current condition links available on the Weather/Water tab at www.gslmarina.com or any other reliable weather source. Because of this undisclosed circumstance, we will fly the Small Craft Advisory Flag during this time whether conditions warrant it or not. We are sorry for any inconvenience during this time. If damage to personal property is observed during this time, the Park Rangers will try to contact you through your email addresses. Do you have yor 2009 Slip Contracts in - If Not? You will be locked out tommorow. All the locks to the docks, restrooms and showers are being re-keyed tomorrow, January 2nd. The code to the front gate and parking passes will also change. Did you get your slip contracts in on time? If not, your access to the marina will be very limited starting tomorrow. We will have the keys to the marina, the new code and the parking passes available at the marina office. Only those with current contracts will be able to receive the updated information, passes and keys. If your contract has been received but you cannot come to the office to receive your package please email the Harbor Master at gslharbormaster@hughes.net and request a package be sent to you. For those that are members of Great Salt Lake Rowing or the Hawaiian canoe Club, please check with your officers about access and passes. For those slip renters that have not renewed their contracts yet, your time is running very short! If we do not receive your contracts VERY SOON your slips will be made availabe to other potential silp renters or those on the waiting list for coveted slips (Yes there is a demand for these slips and we are required to make them available).
