This is not an email I am thrilled to send out. But I have been instructed, by the powers-that-be, that ALL vessels, without a current year slip contract (2009) are NOW subject to impoundment and slip assignments will be forfeited. This includes trailers and/or vessels in secured and unsecured storage. Any trailer without a contract and not in a designated storage area is subject to impoundment and being towed off.
