I just pulled up the National Weather Service long-term forecast.  It shows the whole state of Utah (western United States) is completely out of the drought!  Well that was a no brainer.

It also is forecasting a wetter-than normal spring, summer and fall.  If the forecast holds true We may be in for another good water year.
