GSL Slip renters
and Marina Users.
I have talked to
Union Pacific today. We did not talk about specifics regarding any claims
you may have. But we were able to correct contact information for Union
Pacific. That information has been corrected on the Current Storm Damage
Report at www.gslmarina.com (on the
NEWS tab).
UP will be sending
out claim letters next Monday based on the information we provided them.
There is no guarantee our information was totally correct though. UP
suggested you to start getting estimates on the damage and wait for the letters.
If you do not see something from them next week, please call the number
provided in the above mentioned report. Or if you have concerns whether
your damage was listed, please feel free to call them.
Please realize
that I, nor PARKS, are part of the loop on you claims. You and Union
Pacific will need to work out all details of any claim you may wish to pursue.
Demolition of the
Parks building will begin next week. As soon as the building is down, we
will keep the park open until sunset each night. Until then we are still
on the 5pm closures. As a slip renter, this does not affect you as long
as you have the pass or key. But it may affect your guests who want to
visit after 5pm.
