Well October is turning out to be a very dry month.  That is not good considering the new Water Year begins October 1st.  But it looks like November is bringing a much stormier pattern.  And not all the news is bad.

August and September precipitations and cooler temperatures brought much needed relief.  It also brought snowpack.  Right now we are at 510% snowpack for the Great Salt Lake Drainage area.  And the Bear River drainage, our most important drainage, is at 400% of normal.

You can track the snowpack and direct precipitation for the Great Salt Lake Drainage area at www.gslmarina.com or click on the following link to go right there.  http://www.gslmarina.com/Resources/CurrentWaterWatch20142015/tabid/225/Default.aspx

Pray for snow!
