[GSL-Marina] Water to the docks

GSL Slip Renters and Marina Users Water to all docks (except C and D) has been turned on. Water to the sculling area has also been turned on. Water to the service dock (Pump-a-head) should be on by this evening. We hope to have water on to C and D docks by this weekend. Both those docks have some leaks that need to be repaired.
