Ok.  Looking at all variables and after feedback from you, the slip renters we have moved the Crane Day from Friday to Thursday, December 1^st with Friday as an overflow day.

We will plan to lift boats starting as close to 9am as possible.  We will concentrate on getting boats with cradles or stands out as quick as possible so that we can cut one crane loose and save costs for everyone.

Just a reminder that your masts MUST BE DOWN!  The mast hoist has been fixed.

If you were not on the previous list of boats I have coming out but you intend to pull please let me know ASAP.
