At this time NOAA is forecasting VERY STRONG WINDS for this coming Monday.
Looking at the current forecast we could see winds in excess of 100mph. If
you are out here this weekend I strongly recommend you inspect and secure
your boats. Check and replace dock lines if necessary.
If this forecast holds we will be issuing a Hurricane Force Warning for all
of Great Salt Lake by Sunday night.
Fortunately, the forecasted winds are four days out. The forecast could
change substantially before Monday.

C-2 Ranger 23 "Windsome" (Michael Downie) you have a significant amount of
water in your boat.
E-19 Motorboat (Claire Kensmore) you have a significant amount of water in
your boat. It is at risk of sinking now
I-42 "Comes a Time (Schoney) you have a significant amount of water in your
boat.
J-18 "Crimson Rose" (Cheney) you have a significant amount of water in your
boat.
L-10 "Star Gazer" (Newman) you have a significant amount of water in your
boat.
