Port of Shadows has a tentative 2018 release!
Holy smokes, I just realized the Black Company wikipedia page has been updated. Port of Shadows has a tentative 2018 release: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Black_Company#cite_note-SH3-2 Wikipedia's source: http://deadline.com/2017/04/eliza-dushku-star-the-black-company-series-adapt... Possibly vaporware, but this is the first time I've seen a date attached to it!
Yeah, I posted about this reference to the release date (the same Deadline article) when we were discussing the TV adaptation a while back. Been monitoring Tor closely but haven't seen any follow up. I'm getting pretty uneasy about whether we'll actually see the book (or any new book) from Glen at all. Yup, here's what I wrote back in April, and I just confirmed that it was referring to the same article (so this is not a new source): On Mon, Apr 24, 2017 at 4:44 PM, Lawrence Jenab <larryjenab@gmail.com> wrote: And let's not forget that buried in the story is a publication date for Port of Shadows. I was beginning to think we'd seen the last of new books from Glen. :( On Wed, Dec 6, 2017 at 12:28 PM, Matt Cutter via glencook-fans < glencook-fans@mailman.xmission.com> wrote:
