Dear Scott, I know. However, rumour has it that Glen Cook has signed a contract for 'Garrett # 14;', I have heard nothing further such as a working title or projected completion date. I know there are many fans of the Dread Empire series, and properly so. However, I have for years found the Garrett, P. I. series unique and fascinating. Though the combination of, well, urban fantasy, more or less, and mode noir is now being used by some other authors, none of them have managed anything to compare with Garrett, P. I.
