The people & publishing section of the January 2011 issue of Locus magazine, in the books sold section, there is a short blip that says: Glen Cook sold a new Garrett P.I. novel to Jessica Wade at Roc via Russell Galen.
That is where I got the info about another Garrett P.I. book.
