Well, I'm convinced that it's worth keeping at Dresden.  Thanks for the insights!

The genres are similar but nit the same.  But the Dresden Files are very good.  Five a couple of books to get its legs.

There's a real tone shift as of Changes.  That might be a goid stopping point forva lot of people.

The short story collections are good, but contain Spoilers for the novels.
