Yeah, there was a huge blowup about this in April. Night Shade sold their assets and Skyhorse decided to unilaterlly renogiate the contracts to the tune of "Hi, You're Screwed. Shut Up And Get In The Barrel." Some...feedback from the authors of Girl Genius led to better terms for the former Night Shade authors, but not as good a deal as they had with Night Shade.
