I should have my copy of this soon. I think ebook versions are already
being distributed. Amazon lists the hardcopy edition for release on January
10, while Barnes & Noble still lists the release date as January 17.
However, I pre-ordered with B&N, and a shipping label was generated on
December 31. The holiday means that the order won't actually ship out until
tomorrow, January 3, but the book should be in my hands by the end of this
week. I can hardly wait!
