Just got a reply from Glen, here it is:
"Thank you. I'm irked. I haven't gotten copies yet and my contract
with Ingram doesn't allow me to sell the ones I haven't gotten until May 4."
Somebody's definitely breaking the rules. Tsk tsk. Now just keep your
spoilers to yourselves until after Amazon gives me my copy :D
