It's been 2 weeks since we brought Dad home from the care center. My family and I can NOT keep going like we have the past 2 weeks. We are exhausted. We aren't sleeping. Mom is not sleeping. Rog has taken 3 (unpaid) days off work to help. We are going to flame out. Dad needs more help than my family and I can give. He needs help often thru the day. He needs help 3-5 times during each night. Hospice only provides 3 hours of care per week. Some of you who live far away or work out of town might have to get creative to figure out how to provide care for Dad. But he needs more help. He needs your help.
