I don't think they can legally deny visitors at any time.

From the Medicare website:

Have visitors at any time, as long as you want to see them, and as long as the visit doesn't interfere with the provision of care and privacy rights of other residents.

Tonight Poppa won't have any family staying with him since overnight visitors aren't allowed at the rehab center. Since the past two nights have been filled with pain & lacking sleep he's very uneasy about this. Mom's worried about this also. Please keep him in your prayers tonight.
