Fractint as a background process
Excellent. Thanks for the tip. I still had the disk video modes in my cfg so I tried it. The Fractint Dos box then remains active in XP and in fact can be restored to a window so you can see the course of the calculation. --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Useful for background generation of high res images. Not so useful, unfortunately, if you're still exploring around. I'm looking forward to using XFractint. -- David gnome@hawaii.rr.com
