someone say: "" What intelligent living organism alters and devastates its environment to the point of hazardous existence and the extinction of other life forms??"" I reply: "" What intelligent living organism is arrogant enough to believe it is significant enough to alter and devastate its environment to the point of hazardous existence and the extinction of other life forms??"" The lack of human intelligence is glaringly obvious during every election season. Dogs are smarter then most people I have known. The dumbest animals in the woods know what to eat, people need to have their lifestyles and eating habits dictated to them by know-it-all authorities now. The "environment" has survived catastrophies beyond anything we could ever create, and survived hundreds of millions of years just fine before anything that could call itself human stood up on 2 legs; it doesn't need us to be the babysitter now. For those who are so inclined: Luke 21:25-26 And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken. There IS no climate crisis - it is a SCAM designed to transfer wealth from the developed nations to 3rd world sump-holes. CAPISCE ?! back to fractals ......
Hi all, I need some help with my DOS-configuration. For about 5 years I used a machine based on the MSI K8T Neo2 MB with VIA chipset, DOS 7.1 is booted from the primary active FAT partition, WIN98 is booted from another HD with a Powerquest Bootloader. Now the MB is in its final stages and I need something new. Is there any modern PCI-E MB which supports DOS and possibly WIN98?? I know that the new MSI boards dont. Of course I also need a PCI-E grafics card with full Vesa mode (1600x1200), possibly the new Nvidia PCI-E cards still have it. I´m also thinking of reactivating an old ASUS A7N8X-E or ASUS A8N5X (PCI_E) if possible. Does anybody use one of these ?? I´ll be grateful for any help. All of my newest machines are 64-bit, and they will definitely not be suited for running FractInt. Have not even tried any of the DOS-Emulators under such machines. I just use older P-3 and P-4 machines for such purposes, and have two that are my FractInt machines, both running Windows-98 SE (stripped down to the bare bones applications). They are actually quite fast when rendering, and are not much slower than the overloaded current cheap systems which are available. You are probably better off finding something a few years older to use.
