Albrecht says that The Atomic Mandel is an example of a new kind of fractal which is uses the MFR14-2 formula with a new Warp effect applied to all participating formulas. "Another Hybrid Zoom into the ORB - (Trip Fantastique) fractal, called The Atomic Mandel." I like this one much more than his previous fractal! This is a nice "Study in Blue, With Gold and Red Accents." To me, it really does have the flavor of an atomic nucleus surrounded by orbiting electrons. I hope I can get Fractint going again soon so I can zoom into some of the "blue electrons" in the outermost shell!
