Hi, I´m referring to my (admittedly provocative) statement some days ago that the fractint forum is dead. Of course it´s not, otherwise I wouldn´t be doing this. On the other hand it seems true that the forum has converted from a community of active members into a collection of consumers. If you think I´m wrong then prove it. I´m 70 of age and dont have that much time left. And I´m getting tired of throwing my creations into the void and hoping that by sheer gravity something returns. Do you think that my stuff is junk and not worth discussing? Then say so. What´s the reason for this? Are people so involved in their daily struggle for survival that there´s no energy left for other activities? It should be the other way around: If nothing else is left then what´s the reason for living? Jim, how do You handle this situation, I´m really interested to know - and please dont talk about rumours if it´s me who has brought this up. Sincerely, Albrecht
