I found this a few years ago and the name "Midget Squid" reminded me of it.

Fractal visionaries and enthusiasts:
In the depths of the world's oceans lurks the giant squid, so far unseen while alive and known only from dead specimens washed up on beaches or dredged up in fishing nets. In the depths of the world's fractals lurks the midget squid, neither alive nor dead and known only by a whimsical name given in a moment of fancy.
For some strange reason, while viewing today's image, I was reminded of a squid. (I thought I saw suckers.) Since the size of the features in the image is in the sub-atomic range, I named the picture "Midget Squid".
