Fractint meets Scientific American (not the first time...?)
Thanks to an online survey in which I participated some time ago, Scientific American online has invited me to be a member in its new online community, which is quite exciting. I'm listed as Anthony Hanmer, and my blog there is called SubCreator. My first series of posts will reissue the letter I wrote to the Fractint list in early September 2004, dealing with "Tiles of the regular reptiles for all dimensions above 1". Most of the work for that letter comes from experiments in Fractint; in the new posts I add illustrations and some minor polishing. It can be found, in multiple parts starting with the first part now, at http://science-community.sciam.com/index.jspa Anthony Hanmer Tbilisi, Republic of Georgia My photo/graphic blog: www.geosynchronicity.blogspot.com

Congratulations!! I just went to that blog and saw your last 5 postings. And while I was out viewing blogs, went to your personal one as well (some very nice photography there). :-) Sincerely, P.N.L. ------------------------------------------------- http://home.att.net/~Paul.N.Lee/PNL_Fractals.html http://www.Nahee.com/Fractals/
Just within the past three months, there have been 21,765 requests for the FractInt Setup 21.00.beta-5 download, which Richard made available early in this year. I have not totaled up the complete number of requests for this download: http://www.Nahee.com/Software/FractInt_Setup_21-00_beta-5.msi since I made it available from my site, but I suspect it is quite a few thousand by now. :-) Sincerely, P.N.L. ------------------------------------------------- http://home.att.net/~Paul.N.Lee/PNL_Fractals.html http://www.Nahee.com/Fractals/

I'd rather that you linked it instead of copying it, but I can't force you to honor my request. -- "The Direct3D Graphics Pipeline" -- DirectX 9 draft available for download <http://www.xmission.com/~legalize/book/download/index.html> Legalize Adulthood! <http://blogs.xmission.com/legalize/>
