Paul is exactly right. When I submitted the modified version, the change was so insignificant that I asked Paul his opinion whether it should simply replace the existing one or be given a new version number. Without this info, I could not make other changes. Paul then preferred to issue it under a revised version number and immediately posted it. When I was informed of it, I provided him with the files corrected with the revised version number. The corrected package should now be available on the suggested site.
