I´m sorry to state that several requests to the IDrive helpdesk and to their "live" support remain unanswered. That´s the reality about their claimed customer friendliness. So far I will not uninstall IDrive as it is secure due to their encryption and they supply 5Giga in the free version. So iif you only see a log in form it´s up to you to decide if you are willing to log in in order to see and download my archive. It´s no risk, free and involves no installation.
