Re: [Fractint] Out_Of_Orbit
. Out_Of_Orbit is way cool - like seeing the MSet constructed pixel by pixel with orbits. If there was a way to save the image every tenth second it would make a nice video animation. .
That happens to be something I plan, and there happens to be a way to get the video, using DOSbox. The audio is a bit tricky, though, to get in stereo. I will apply my synthesizer to an orbits.raw file from data that is designed to go into AcroSpin. You can find every version of my synthesizer (each with a different tune) from a search link on my podcasting page http://ecn.ab.ca/~brewhaha/ (from the word "synthesize"). The main reason there are so many versions of my synthesizer is because it always haz a different tune on it. Some versions are designed for four part harmony. Some of them are designed for twenty parallel (timbre) harmonics. Most of them link to an MP3 at the top. I plan to make the audio glide very fast, like it does with connected orbits in mandelcloud http://ecn.ab.ca/~brewhaha/finance/Arcade_Sound_Sampler.wmv , only the sine waves will be neater than DOSbox's simulation of a PC speaker, because I will know which pitch I am coming from, and which pitch I am going to. ----- Original Message ----- From: JackOfTradeZ@comcast.net To: fractint@mailman.xmission.com Sent: Monday, April 25, 2011 11:19 PM Subject: Re: [Fractint] Out_Of_Orbit .
