Sorry to hear about your ankle, Jim. Please take care of it. I hope it gets better soon. Does your doctor recommend putting intermittent heat on your ankle to increase the blood flow to promote quicker healing? This can be done starting 48 hours after the injury. If you check the internet you can see how to do and the benefits of this.
