Interesting question, Paul ......... I think PNL has got us off topic.
Not really, there is a vast number of fractal related groups within Facebook, and many of them are growing in numbers of members. A lot of people are sharing their fractal renderings using this medium. I am currently involved with 22 of those groups. Some are for specific software applications, and others are open to all types. I did not know how many people in the Mailing List were on Facebook, I was only aware of Ton Koppens (since we have been "Friends" for a while). I got curious when one of our old List members got in contact with me recently. Some of you may know him: Paul W. Carlson. He seems to be wishing to share some of his endeavors, and was not sure where was the best place for that. So I suggested taking a look at using Facebook to see if that would satisfy his desire. After all, Usenet Newsgroups are dead (i.e. Alt.Binaries.Pictures.Fractals), Yahoo.Groups and Google.Groups have pretty much died out. And so have several of the online Forums that were available for such things. Sincerely, P.N.L.
