There is one fundamental thing you have to understand about Multifractal_10 and its preliminary versions: Only the P1 values remain untouched. All other parameters P2 to P5 have been "misused" to serve as variables for multifractal, due to lack of other input possibilities of course. If you set them to zero youre deleting the variables and cant get anything but a blank screen. Additionally they have been split into several parts, the values before and after the dot. If you look at the inputs section of the frm youll notice the comma after the first value which defines the separate parts. The part after the dot (second input) has been split into several single pieces again. In some instances a single digit is an important variable. Ill explain that with Real(p2): First Input, in front of the dot, defines the 5 numbers of the participating formulas to use in the following order: Shape - outside - inside 1,2,3. These formulas are listed at the end of the of the multifractal "program" to keep the name. Second input, after the dot: 6 digits, -2 digits each- basic variables for many mods, phoenix and spider. 1 digit: transition reset for the shape as foll: 0: no reset, 1: double mandel variation 2: iter reset, (counter set to zero) 3: both. Add 5 to these values to enable the "warp effect", this is explained in the "manual" 4 digits: reset values for channels 2-5 as follows: 0: no reset, 1: z_reset, 2: iter_reset, 3: both, add 5 to these values : "warp effect". Transitions means the dot of the image, where the use of another participating formula starts. Heres the list of the participating frms: (1) Secant (Mike Wareman) (2) Mandel (Special version Puskas Istvan) (3) Bees (Ray Girvan) (4) Julia (Special version Puskas Istvan) (5) Many mods (Linda Allison) (6) Phoenix (Mike Wareman) (7) Newton (Special Version Puskas Istvan) (8) Spiderjul (John Horner).
