Animation of "PersistenceOfSpace" (FOTD July 28, 2010) is posted. The strait zoom-in was dissapointingly lame, and tweaking the parameters gave nothing to praise, so I decided to try something I haven't yet done - zoom in while simultaneously varying parameters! It creates a unique effect - now worth posting. So it is a dive from e-2 to e+14 while varying p2 and p4 from 0 to 583 over 2900 frames. Too bad fractal animation wasn't available when Stanley Kubrick made "2001 Space Odyssey" in 1968, but it is available now so why is noone using it ?! http://www.fractal-animation.net/vid/stargate.zip You may not recognize the relationship to Muth's post until the end. . !DSPAM:10003,4c593b2215209021468!
