Cool!
While I don't have anything suitable for such a prestigious contest,
it's nice to know I could come up with something that could fill a
30"x40" poster.
My first fractal print was from FractInt at about 45x34. I still have
it, although it's not up on the wall any more; I first put it up
unframed and damaged it slightly while doing so.
The judges come from a variety of backgrounds. One never knows what
will be selected, so you might want to enter even if you think you
won't win. :-) Back in 1997 a ballet choreographer and teacher saw the
FractInt contest site and decided to enter; she had never shared a
fractal in public before. That was Janet Parke. She won that contest
and today is one of our judges.
