Hi All:

     Normally a lurker who admires the fractals, I just have to get my 2 cents worth into this.  I was a kid during WWII and we called the "blivet" as defined in the Webster's a "plovet" (short 'o').

The spelling that appeared in the FOTD was 'blivot'.  
The definitions in the dictionary are for the spelling 
'blivet'.  Though both spellings are pronounced the 
same, I wonder whether they really can be considered 
the same word.
