Good question. I'm puzzled by the fact that the FOTD at Paul's site is rife with these links, while the one that arrives into my personal mailbox is completely free of them. Is this a case of a "text only" receive choice?

Just wondering why you link "balky computers" to AMD's website? Fractint has run very happily for many years on a long line of AMD processors - the current one is a Sempron 3000. Much faster than any of the Intel processors I've had!
