I was corrected by members of the group, and fixed the problem by = going into "TOOLS" - "OPTIONS" - "SEND" tab of Outlook Express, and = changing the "Mail Sending Format" to "Plain Text", I also changed >the = MIME code settings to "None". I was assured that my problem has been >= cleared up!
Sending the message in plain text will also avoid the dulication of your message. In addition, keeping line length to a maximum of 60 characters/line will prevent the addition of all the "=" signs in the posted frms and pars. When you save par files with Fractint, you have the option of specifying that line length (the default is 72 and is too high for this site).
