I believe this has been faked. The fractal seems to have been added to a normal photograph after the picture was taken. If you save the image to your hard-drive and use a graphic editor to enlarge the view, you can see portions of the fractal image on top of the straps. Plus there are pixels distortions in several places: • the chain of the necklace • lower right elbow • etc...
