Jim,
I enjoy human foolishness and today we have a lot of it.
I don't enjoy human foolishness because the fools far too often have to much seriousness placed on them, as we have just seen. It would be more enjoyable if we treated the fools as fools, rather than as they had something significant to say.
The pledge of allegiance to the flag of the U.S.A. has been declared unconstitutional because it mentions God. I suppose the Declaration of Independence and Constitution are also unconstitutional because they also mention God.
A technical point. The Constitution does not mention God. However, the Constitution is the building built upon the foundation, the Declaration of Independence, which does mention God. Ken...
