Albrecht, Those four Mandeloids at your 22222-53 image's edges sure have an interesting creation midway between them. I need to be able to zoom into this image! And, I'm not sure exactly why, but I find the fractal's colors strangely pleasant -- perhaps similar to Victorian-era curtains(?) Here's Albrecht's 22222-53 image's color map: https://tinyurl.com/22222-53-color-map-180214 or: http://www.emarketingiseasy.com/Albrecht/MFR_14_2/22222-53-color-map-180214.... The color map looks like it might have been rotated a bit from its originally defined color locations, as there are some of the deep wine colors in the highest locations also down in the lowest locations. I just now read in the documentation in your formula that the color map is from Sylvie Gallet. It's very subtle and quite wonderful! https://www.fractalus.com/sylvie/page_1_e.htm By the way, Albrecht's MFR14_2 "Input Table" specification says that each of the "2"s in this image's name refers to the basic Mandelbrot function. Thus, the Mandelbrot function is specified to be used for all five of his "Formula Sequences": "Shape", "Outside", "Inside 1", "Inside 2", "Inside 3". His image's overall form is certainly very "Mandelesque" -- but likely not to be found within the standard Mandelbrot set. - Hal Lane ######################## # hallane@earthlink.net ######################## -----Original Message----- From: Fractint [mailto:fractint-bounces@mailman.xmission.com] On Behalf Of Albrecht Niekamp Sent: Wednesday, February 14, 2018 10:20 AM To: Fractint and General Fractals Discussion <fractint@mailman.xmission.com> Subject: [Fractint] InterAction ; https://1drv.ms/u/s!AmWYApv7ZBFGgZ88oN-Ce2QMjF25qg ; -------------------------------------------Start_Par--------------- 22222-53 { ; InterAction ; 5 Times Mandelbrot ; Time 0.32.27.77 ; Colors S.Gallet reset=2004 type=formula formulafile=mfr_14.frm formulaname=mfr_14_2 function=sin/exp/exp/sin passes=t center-mag=-1.23319977358200300/-0.04790860568120862/4.042717e+007/1/-12\ 1.960599442188297/1.90295706283251631 params=-0.05825983458967864/0.3785210730307932/22222.64595731338/11111.4\ 911030602/152048.0404808048/384.1604894048/384.0003500001/256.1007683001\ /512.1007683001/768.1007683001 float=y maxiter=3071 inside=maxiter periodicity=0 rseed=-2436 sound=off colors=000809<5>406306305305<3>114113013<9>041051050<4>270270280<3>4905A\ 05A0<23>MO4NO4OP5<5>RS7RT7ST8<3>TWATWAUXA<8>U`FUaFUaG<3>TcIScJScJ<5>PfMO\ fNOfO<5>KhRJhRIhSHhSHiTGiT<7>AiX9iY9jY<8>3ia3ia2ib<3>1hc1hc0hd<9>0ef0df0\ df<7>3ag3`g4`g5_g<8>AWfBVfCVfDUfDUf<9>LOcLNcMNcNMbNMbOLb<4>RI`RI_SH_<3>T\ FYTEYUEX<8>U9TU9SU8S<4>S6PS6PS5O<3>Q4MP4LP3L<4>L2IL2IK1H<11>B0BA0AA0A90A\ 809 } _______________________________________________ Fractint mailing list Fractint@mailman.xmission.com https://mailman.xmission.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/fractint --- This email has been checked for viruses by Avast antivirus software. https://www.avast.com/antivirus
