Unfortunately, no -- I believe that their is not code in Fractint to support what you suggest.
Debug modes:
3200 fracsubr.c disable auto switch //back// from arbitrary precision
debug=3200 appears to assume that you are in arbitrary precision mode *already*, which is not available for the "type = formula" -- only the listed fractal types that specifically the docs say support arbitrary precision:
"...mandel, julia, manzpower, and julzpower."
