I think I mentioned in my post that this was a Muth FOTD recenty posted, it looked cool so I did a zoom-in and made the discovery.

Damien - Thanx for the explanation / info. I didn't know that! I always thought all the spirals were infinite.

You can spend a lifetime exploring this little Z^2+C thing.
