I have many fractal sounds on my HD, this one is titled "julia1.mid", dated 1997. Don't remember where I got it.
I figured it might be something like that, but thought I would double check to make sure.
Also been playing around with FractMus 2000 many years - excellent freeware fractal music generator, but it helps if you "know music" which I don't.
Yes, it is fairly good for what it does. I downloaded a version of it as well several years ago. I know how to read music and play a few different instruments, but not sure I really "know music". :-D
I wish there was a way to generate sound directly from my animations, or at least from the parent image.
I remember something that was available for doing such things, but at the moment I cannot find the particular application. Though a quick Google search on the phrase "generate music from images" (with quotes) turned up several hundred hits. Might be worth checking out if you have the time.
My problem would be solved, as I am running out of soundtrax about now .....
You can download just about anything you can think of if you use the right resources. Try these out for a start (just type in the artist name and/or song title): http://www.mp3juices.com/ http://www.mp3ye.eu/ http://www.mp3lemon.org/ Sincerely, P.N.L.
