Tony, You are exactly right. There is no excuse to complain about free software and I never intended for my comments to be taken as such. However, I do really wish there was an upgrade because if not, I'll probably quit using Fractint. I don't have the time or space to fool with a DOS box on my systems. At work or at home. My comments were really about moving forward and not staying on old technology. But to answer your question, I'd gladly pay for an upgrade. Especially a Linux version.
